Audience

This 1 hour 15 minute stand alone webinar is aimed at healthcare professionals that are involved in asthma care or the management of allergic rhinitis.

This webinar will cover:

​

  • The goals of asthma management

  • The link with asthma and allergic rhinitis

  • Allergic rhinitis definition and prevalence

  • The whole airway hypothesis- assessing for inflammation in the whole airway

  • Diagnosis and management of allergic rhinitis: BSACI guidelines

  • Nasal spray technique

  • Linking in with the Asthma management guidelines: Montelukast

    Throughout the webinar you will be able to contribute and ask questions using the ‘chat feature’. 

     

    The webinar will be hosted via Google Meet. The link will be sent out 2 weeks before the meeting which will give you the opportunity to test the link to ensure it is not blocked by firewalls and to download anything necessary.  You will need a good internet connection and a microphone and webcam ideally.
